The Organizational Structure of Macau University of Science and Technology (M.U.S.T.)

The organizational structure of university administration has four main operating units under the University Council, the President and the Senior Management Team.

Academic Units are faculties/schools/institutes responsible for academic programs and research in specific disciplines.  Research Units focus on conducting research and advancing knowledge in various fields.  Administrative Units handle the operational and administrative functions of the University, such as finance, human resources and facilities management.

Teaching/Academic Support Units provide support services to faculties/schools/institutes and students to support the overall teaching and learning activities as well as the well-being of the students. Overall, all units work together to ensure the effective functioning and sustainability of the University as a whole.
