The Governance Structure of Macau University of Science and Technology (M.U.S.T.)

The governance and management mandates are clearly outlined in the University Charter which describes the policies, procedures, and practices regarding participatory governance. The governance structure provides directions for authority delegation, accountability, empowerment, and decision-making.  Communication and engagement are strengthened through information transparency.  The University is evolving and forward-looking, and will continue to rationalize and re-organize its governance and administration through its university and faculty committee structures for quality and effective management.
