The University acknowledges the importance of staff development and established the Educational Development Center in 2004 for teacher training and talent development, aiming at helping teachers and postgraduate students master cutting-edge educational theories and teaching methods, and enhance their teaching skills, research abilities, and professionalism, steadily improving the education quality of the University.
The University sets up various awards to recognize and honor the staff who have demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication in their teaching and research, including the Teaching Excellence Award, Teaching Achievements Award, and Research Award.
